Fucking Bow Howery...

So on Thursday we went to the Cubs game and sure enough they managed to blow a lead and a wonderfully pitched game by Carlos Zambrano. Zambrano pitched wonderfully through 7 innings. Then Dusty, being the moron he is, brought in Bob Howery and he proceded to blow it. He didn't take him out finally until the damage was already done and the game was already lost. Other than that it was amazing. They were the best seats i've ever had, they were 4th row right behind home plate. You could see us basically every pitch on TV. So I guess I'm famous now ;) Going to Cubs games are alot of fun, sitting that close makes it even more fun. I wish I was wealthy and could afford some season tickets that close. Now that would be a hell of a time. So have any of you been to a Cubs game before?

Nope, and can't really see myself going to a baseball game :P That said, I can finally drink, which is what the Simpsons tells me is required for baseball to be entertaining...hmm... top

    hhahahah, classic cubs.

I've been to one cub's game, and one brewer's game. Baseball is sweet, but not as sweet as Futball (Known as 'soccer', to you idiots). top

Oh, and since I live in minneapolis I've been tempted to go to a few twins games. But I don't know if I could get into the twins... cause they're the twins. top

Don't worry Todd, I've been to a couple of White Sox games too. They are boring because they just don't have the same thing the Cubs do. There is something special about Wrigley Field, its historic and its got a vibe to it. US Cellular Field is a souless corperate box basically. Old Comiskey was kinda cool though from what I remember. Poor Costa Rica though, they lost first round didn't they? Oh well there is always next 4 years. top

Yes, but so did the United States. Both countries put me to shame. top
